02Craft / Detroit-style

Months on the dough.
Minutes at the table.

In Detroit, pizza is personal. The dough came first—developed for a crisp, caramelized edge and a square worth sharing.

04Story / Our Uncs

A tribute to the ones who make room.

Uncle Paul and Aunt Jean seated outdoors in 1964

From the family album Uncle Paul (“Unc”) and Aunt Jean, 1964.

He pulled upanother chair.

Growing up, co-owner Larry Kahn called his Uncle Paul simply “Unc.” He was the kind of person who always made time for people, pulled up another chair and made you feel like you belonged.

This place is a tribute to him—and to all the uncs, aunts, family friends, neighbors and chosen family who showed us what it meant to care for the people around them.

Then & now There’s always room.
